Each month, I run a Lifestyle Fitness Challenge and I'm looking for a handful of people to work with in order to achieve successful results.
My goal is to teach you the secrets to how to create healthy habits, lose weight and get in shape without restrictions, while successfully reaching your goals in the next 90 days
(for some cases, 6-12 months).
I have been working very closely with large groups of people for the past 5 years.

As well as gain improved mental and physical health within the first week through my healthy detoxification process. This will reset your body and give you a fresh start towards reaching your goals. I want to get this started early in the process, so that you can begin seeing immediate results, which will motivate you to push yourself even more.
Focusing on the 4 pillars that make weight loss and fitness goals successful — exercise, nutrition, sleep/recovery, and stress management. I have been perfecting these 4 factors for years, and I now have it down to a science. I will take my proven methods and customize them for YOUR goals.
Restructuring them in order to make it easy for you to see results. I will begin working on your personalized workout program and customized nutrition plan so that you can begin achieving the results that you are after.
This will start targeting your goals both physically and mentally. You will then be able to start seeing results, without adding any more unorganized hours to your day.

Then, schedule biweekly Zoom coaching sessions in order for you to update me on how you look and feel, as well as provide a status of your progress. From there, we will either adjust the plan or keep it the same until it needs to be updated.
I really want to create some great transformations from this, so I will be spending one on one time with you in order to make sure that we maximize your results.
The more you implement in the challenge, the more I will work with you.

Dining Out/Order In feature. You will now be able to replace any of your meals with currently 260 popular restaurants. So, whether you want to go out to eat or simply order in, you can do so without
restrictions or feeling guilty, while still staying within your daily macros. The feature also includes beverages and alcohol choices.
The total cost options are $30 a month or $75 (3 x $25) every 3 months to get started with the Meal & Workout Plan, but for right now, I just need to know if you can join us and I’ll get you all the details.

Food Diary allows you to keep track of your meal intake. You can choose meals that are a part of your meal plan, or log your own. The goal is to help you meet your ideal daily calorie and macro intake, even when consuming meals outside of your plan.
Meal Dislikes Blacklist allows you to dislike a meal. Once a meal is disliked, it will not be included in future meal plans. If a meal in the current meal plan is disliked by either you or myself, the meal will continue to remain in the plan until swapped or the next update.
